01 Introduction

Welcome to kso303. This Terms and Conditions document governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and content available on the kso303 platform (kso303.fun). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and KSO303 as the platform operator.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform — whether via web browser or mobile access — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

KSO303 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use kso303 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual registering under their own name, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is prohibited.
• Has never been banned or had an account suspended by kso303 previously.
• Capable of making decisions independently and legally responsibly.

KSO303 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure member eligibility is met. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents.

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at kso303 at any time. Holding more than one account, whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.

Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and payment method details. False or inaccurate information may result in withdrawal rejection and account suspension.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Ensure your chosen password is strong and unique. KSO303 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or Telegram. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support immediately.

04 Deposit & Payment

KSO303 supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including instant bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong, as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All deposits are credited to your gaming account in under one minute once the transaction is confirmed.

Deposit Limit

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Depends on your payment method and account level.
• There is no limit on the number of deposits per day as long as the daily limit is not exceeded.

Currency

All transactions on kso303 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you make a deposit in another currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and kso303 is not responsible for any losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

05 Withdrawal

KSO303 processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for regular members, and instantly for VIP members, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's name.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.

Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before the first withdrawal is approved. Required documents include a copy of your ID card (front and back) and a recent bank statement. The process is typically completed within 24 working hours upon submission of complete documents.

06 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by kso303 are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirements) and the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Please read the conditions of each promotion carefully before accepting it.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements refer to the amount you need to wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place RM 2,000 in wagers before funds from that bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• KSO303 reserves the right to void bonuses if any misuse or fraud is detected.
• Unused bonuses within the validity period will expire automatically.
• KSO303's decision regarding any bonus dispute is final.

07 Member Conduct

All kso303 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without warning:

• Using bots, automated software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Cooperating or colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's account credentials without authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that can be classified as fraud or money laundering.
• Abusing promotions or exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.
• Communicating in a threatening, insulting, or harassing manner toward KSO303 staff.

KSO303 uses an advanced monitoring system to detect any unusual activity. Any account suspected of violating these terms will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

KSO303 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violating any of the terms stated in this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request.

Balance at Time of Closure

If an account is closed at the member's request with no breach of terms, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member within 5 working days. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, kso303 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances.

09 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the kso303 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interface design, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kso303 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Members are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the KSO303 platform for commercial purposes without written consent from KSO303. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10 Terms Amendment

KSO303 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

It is your responsibility as a member to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the KSO303 platform after any changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform. To do so, please contact our customer support team, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
